Volunteer

Trade your hours for a slower kind of life.

4 hours of farm work a day, 5 days a week. The rest is yours.

Programs & Opportunities

Whether you want to get your hands dirty in the soil or inspire young minds, there is a place for you here.

WWOOF Nepal Host

We are an official WWOOF Nepal host. Exchange half a day of farm work for free accommodation, meals, and a genuine Nepali family experience.

Worldpackers Host

Join us through Worldpackers and connect with a global community of travellers while helping our farm and local projects thrive.

School Volunteering

Help at the local primary school — assist teachers, lead activities, and inspire children in a rural Nepali classroom setting.

Organic Farming

Plant, tend, and harvest seasonal crops using chemical-free methods. Learn composting, seed saving, and permaculture basics.

Teaching Support

Teach English, science, or computer skills to our staff and neighbours. Flexible hours tailored to your strengths and interests.

Cultural Exchange

Celebrate festivals, cook traditional meals, learn Nepali phrases, and build friendships that last long after your flight home.

What you'll do

Depending on the season, volunteers help with planting, harvesting lemons and vegetables, composting, beekeeping, hosting guests, or teaching English to our staff's children.

No experience needed — just curiosity and willingness to get your hands dirty.

What we offer

  • Free private or shared lodging
  • Three home-cooked organic meals daily
  • Cultural exchange with our family & local farmers
  • Free Wi-Fi & laundry once a week
